The Last of Us: Pre-Order,Season Pass, and DLC Detailed
Today on the Playstation blog we got more details on The Last of Us pre-orders,DLC, and the season pass which you can read the full statement below.
The Last of Us arrives in just a few weeks. We’re happy to let you know you can pre-order the full digital edition of the game starting today on the PlayStation Store. The game will be a Day 1 Digital download — this means you can get it at midnight on June 14th. The digital edition features a unique download installer which will allow you to start playing the game once the game data is a little over half way downloaded.
The Last of Us is a universe rich in character and story with many facets that we could potentially explore for years. We’re getting started by announcing that there will be three packs of downloadable content for The Last of Us available after the game launches.
Metro: Last Light Season Pass Detailed
Details have emerged on the Metro: Last Light season pass.
Have you been wondering what exactly will come in that Metro: Last Light season pass. Well wonder no more for I have the details of the season pass!
The season pass will include three dlc that will come out during the summer.
The Faction Pack and the Chronicles Pack include new, original single-player gameplay excpanding on the story and the game universe, while the Tower Pack will provide some “unique” solo challenges to veterans of the game.There’s also the Developer Pack will give “creative players interesting tools with which to explore the world of Metro.”
“Artyom’s story may have been concluded in Metro: Last Light, but there are other characters with stories to tell, some familiar locations that fans of the Metro series wanted to revisit, and some new challenges that 4A wanted to explore,” said Andrew Prokhorov, creative director at 4A Games.Since completing the game we have been working on these new stories and hope to release them throughout the summer.”
The Metro: Last Light Season pass is also available to download starting today on PSN and XBL as well as Steam for $14.99 or 1200 MS Points. PlayStation Plus subscribers can grab an additional 25% discount on the Season Pass between May 21 and June 4t in the US and May 22 and June 5 in Europe and the rest of the world.
The Season Pass also grants an additional weapon, a semi-automatic shotgun rifle with a secondary fire mode shooting six shells in one blast. It’s called the Abzats.
The Faction Pack will be the first DLC released and it will arrive in June.
The Sims 4 Announced
The Sims 4 will be coming to your PC or Mac sometime next year
EA has announced today that The Sims 4 will be coming out next year for both PC and Mac.
EA’s put up an official announcement post on its website -

Yup you read that right the game will not require an internet connection to play it. looks like they don’t want a repeat of what happened with SimCity.

2K Will Not Be Attending E3
2K has decided to not attained E3 this year
No I’m not joking 2k will not have a booth this year at E3. Below is the official statement of 2K.
At 2K, we’re excited for the new opportunities coming with the next generation of hardware, and are hard at work preparing our announced titles for release. While 2K will not have a booth on the show floor at this year’s E3 conference, we will have a lot of great news coming your way this spring. Remember Me Coming in June
Remember Me is set to release in June
Capcom has announced Remember Me will launch on June 4 in North America and across Europe on June 7 on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. A new trailer for the title is here.
For those of you who don’t know Remember Me is a visionary 3rd person action adventure, Remember Me puts players into the role of Nilin, a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into people’s minds and steal or even alter their memories. The authorities, fearful of her knowledge and capabilities have arrested Nilin and wiped her memory clean. After her escape from prison, Nilin sets out on a mission to recover her identity, helped by her last and only friend. This search for her past leads to her being hunted by the very people that created this surveillance society.
Mass Effect 3 Last Two DLCs Announced
Final two DLC packs for Mass Effect 3 will be coming soon.
Get ready for the end only two more DLC for Mass Effect 3 will be coming soon. Mass Effect 3: Citadel is BioWare’s final single-player expansion, and it’s out in March. Free multiplayer expansion Reckoning is also inbound, coming next week.
The DLC will launch March 5th for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. it’ll cost $14.99 or 1200 Microsoft Points. It comes after the free multiplayer expansion ‘Reckoning’, which launches February 26th, which adds new weapons, maps and gear into the mix.
