Borderlands 2′s Mechromancer Final Design Revealed, Dated
Gaige The Mechromancer, final design and name has been announced
Borderlands 2′s Mechromancer now has a final design and a name, thanks to Gearbox Software today revealing both, alongside a date and price for the additional character class. Her name is Gaige, and she’ll have robot skills by the bucket load.
Sat on top of her guardian robot, Deathtrap, Gaige looks every bit the badass punky girl, with her robotic arm enabling her to control her faithful companion. Deathtrap is quite formidable, able to kill numerous enemies with abilities like his explosive Death Clap.
Gaige will raise the number of character classes from four to five, when she’s available on October 16th for 800 Microsoft Points. She’s also free to anyone who pre-orders the game to acquire a Borderlands 2 Premiere Club membership. It’s all in the image and accompanying blurb above.
