Nintendo announces Nintendo TVii for the Wii U
At E3 2012 Nintendo said they were bringing entertainment to the Wii U, but they didn’t go into any real specifics. At their briefing this morning Nintendo detailed Nintnedo TVii.
Nintendo TVii looks to be a hub where owners of the Wii U can watch different shows from many different services.
A live on stage demo showed off all of the different aspects of Nintendo TVii. The service allows for many services like Netflix and Amazon Video. All of this is performed on the Wii U Gamepad, and can be pushed to the TV when you have found what you want to watch.
Nintendo TVii will be coming to every Wii U for no additional cost.
